The Wild Range was developed in 2026 when the Yang Fire Horse inspired some serious forward momentum in the Gate of Hope Apothecary. The range is a culmination of ideas that have been brewing for a while. The result is a product range that continues to embrace the medicinal and healing qualities of Chinese herbs in combination with the therapeutic benefits of Australian Botanicals.
This idea was a natural progression from our ‘First Aid’ range that addresses cuts, burns, rashes, bites, stings, bruises, headaches, sore muscles, sleep, sinus & hot flushes. The Wild Range focuses on ‘Self Care’ and launches in July 2026 with Wild Tallow and Wild Oil. These will be shortly followed by Wild Water.
WILD TALLOW
All our tallows are emulsified with carrier oils infused with Chinese herbs and then whipped with Australian botanicals to create a smooth creamy balm that glides effortlessly onto the skin. Tallow is rick in vitamins A,D, E & K and closely mimics the skins natural oils to deeply hydrate without clogging the pores.
Usage Instructions
A little bit goes a long way – so start with a small pea-sized blob and warm between the palms. Apply to the face as the last step in your skin care routine while skin is still slightly damp. In morning – allow the tallow to absorb before applying sunscreen or make-up In the evening tallow is the last step in your routine to provide deep hydration and barrier repair while your body is at rest.
